QC Inspection experience is required.

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Control Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality of our products by conducting thorough inspections and testing. The position requires a strong understanding of quality management principles and relevant industry regulations.

To perform the job of Quality Inspector successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential function per the established Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure all parts meet or exceed quality expectations. The functions listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability necessary.

Duties:

· Required experience with thickness gauges, surface tester, calipers and micrometers.

· Responsible for assisting the Quality Manager in planning, implementation, and maintenance of the quality system to ensure organization and efficiency

· Responsible for the processing and disposition of non-conforming materials, products, documents, and processes used in the supply of products and services

· Work directly with production to implement and monitor corrective and preventive actions

· Identify proper measuring tools and measure readings accurately

· Monitor and maintain calibration schedules for equipment

· Operate overhead cranes

· Keep management team abreast of significant issues or developments identified during quality activities and actions being taken to improve any issues

· Gain and utilize thorough knowledge of company history, culture, identity, and goals

· Responsible for observing all safety practices

· Help in other departments as needed

- Effective communication skills, with the ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams and communicate with stakeholders.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
