We are seeking a highly motivated, experienced, and results-driven Roofing Sales Closer to join our sales team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of closing residential roofing deals. This role focuses on turning warm leads into signed contracts by providing expert consultations, building trust, and presenting compelling value propositions.
- Close Sales: Convert pre-qualified leads into signed contracts through effective presentations, follow-ups, and negotiation.
- Client Consultations: Conduct on-site or virtual consultations to assess customer needs, explain roofing solutions, and provide accurate estimates.
- Proposal Development: Create and deliver compelling proposals and contracts tailored to each client’s specific needs and budget.
- Relationship Management: Build rapport with homeowners, property managers, or business owners to foster trust and long-term relationships.
- Pipeline Management: Maintain a strong sales pipeline using CRM tools, tracking follow-ups, proposals, and deal status.
- Collaboration: Work closely with inspectors, production teams, and customer service to ensure a smooth transition from sale to project completion.
- Education: Stay informed about roofing products, industry trends, and insurance restoration processes (if applicable).
- Performance Metrics: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly closing goals and KPIs.
- Proven experience in roofing or home improvement sales (2+ years preferred)
- Track record of high close rates and strong sales performance
- Ability to read and interpret estimates, scopes of work, and contracts
- Comfortable with door-to-door, lead-based, or referral-based selling
- Experience with CRM systems and digital proposal tools
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation (for field sales roles)
