Dallas, TX | Full-Time | Commission-Based
Compensation: $80,000 – $150,000+ annually (commission-based, uncapped) Schedule: Flexible | Monday to Saturday availability preferred

As a Roofing Sales Closer, you’ll step in after the insurance claim is approved to guide the homeowner through the next phase—turning the approved scope into a signed deal and getting the roof project moving.
What You'll Do
•Contact homeowners after their insurance claim has been approved
•Review the insurance estimate line-by-line and explain coverage details
•Educate the homeowner on any upgrades, out-of-pocket items, or add-ons
•Write up and finalize the roofing agreement
•Assist with color selection, material choices, and scheduling
•Ensure accurate documentation is submitted to operations
•Serve as the homeowner’s main point of contact until the install is scheduled
•Hand off the project to production with clear notes and expectations
Compensation
•Uncapped commission structure
•Earn bonuses for hitting monthly sales goals
•Commission advances available after signed agreements
•Top closers are earning $150K+ annually
What We're Looking For
•Experience closing deals in roofing, solar, or other home services
•Strong interpersonal skills and confidence explaining estimates
•Organized and able to handle contracts, forms, and project notes
•Familiarity with insurance claims and construction estimates is a plus
•(English/Spanish) preferred but not required
•Reliable transportation and valid driver’s license
