Job Summary
We are seeking a skilled Install crew to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various construction tasks and a strong understanding of installation techniques. This role requires working on construction sites, where you will be responsible for installing and restoring various structures, ensuring high-quality workmanship and adherence to safety standards.
Responsibilities
•
Install roofing materials and systems with precision and care.
•
Perform caulking and sealing to ensure weatherproofing and durability.
•
Utilize power tools effectively for cutting, shaping, and assembling materials.
•
Engage in heavy lifting as required to transport and position materials on-site.
•
Lay tiles accurately, ensuring proper alignment and finish.
•
Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components.
•
Execute trim carpentry tasks, including the installation of moldings and other decorative elements.
•
Fabricate custom pieces as needed to meet project specifications.
•
Collaborate with team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining quality standards.
Experience
•
Proven experience in a construction environment, particularly in roles related to carpentry or installation.
•
Familiarity with roofing techniques and materials is highly desirable.
•
Proficiency in using power tools safely and effectively.
•
Ability to perform heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks consistently throughout the workday.
•
Experience with tile laying and trim carpentry is a plus.
•
Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
•
Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
