Roll Forming Machine Operator

Job Summary
We are currently seeking a skilled Roll Forming Machine Operator with hands-on experience operating Samco roll forming machines.
Responsibilities
•
Set up and operate roll forming machines to produce metal profiles based on specifications
•
Adjust machine settings such as width, pressure, and feeding speed
•
Load raw materials (metal coils) into the machine
•
Monitor the production line to ensure smooth operation and product quality
•
Perform quality checks using measuring tools (e.g. tape measure, caliper)
•
Detect and troubleshoot minor machine issues during operation
•
Keep the work area clean and organized
•
Follow all safety procedures and company policies
•
Assist with machine maintenance and daily inspections
Qualifications
•
Proven experience operating Samco roll forming machines
•
Ability to read and understand technical drawings
•
Comfortable withstanding for long periods and lifting to 50 lbs.
•
Familiarity with basic maintenance and troubleshooting
•
Team player with attention to detail
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
