Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled Welder to join our dynamic team on 1st Shift (5:00am-1:30PM). The ideal candidate will be responsible for fabricating and assembling metal structures and components according to specifications. This role requires a strong understanding of welding techniques and the ability to work with various materials. The Welder will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and integrity of our products while adhering to safety standards.
Duties
•Fabricate metal components by interpreting schematics and blueprints.
•Utilize welding equipment and tools to perform MIG welding as required.
•Conduct root cause analysis on weld failures and implement corrective actions.
•Collaborate with supervisor to develop tooling and improve manufacturing processes.
•Operate and troubleshoot logic controllers and distributed control systems during fabrication.
•Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring compliance with safety regulations.
•Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity and quality.
Qualifications
•Proven experience as a Welder, with proficiency in various welding techniques.
•Knowledge of tooling processes and equipment used in fabrication.
•Experience with robotics or similar automation systems is a plus.
•Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on root cause analysis.
•Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
•Attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
•Must pass a welding test
Job Types: Full-time, Temporary
