Road Inspector-Savannah Sonny Perdue

We are looking for hard-working, reliable and safety minded individuals to join our team as a road Inspector. As a Road Inspector you will be the first point of contact with our customers as they bring scrap materials into the yard. Your primary responsibilities will be outside in all weather inspecting and documenting customer loads and directing traffic to the proper collection site within the yard. This position will work outside in varying weather conditions, and SA Recycling strictly adheres to all Metals Recycling Business Health, Safety, and Environmental standards.

POSITION SUMMARY

The Inspector is responsible for observing and monitoring the delivery of material to verify conformance to quality and quantity specifications, while ensuring that all his/her efforts are compliant with the company Health, Safety, and Environmental standards. Duties may include assisting with daily production operations, as well as receiving and stockpiling of materials and products. Work Environment: Scrap metal yard, outdoor all-weather conditions
