Road Construction Laborer/Must Have Experience Fort Myers Area

The location area of work is in Estero Fort Myers Area.

LABORER NEEDED FOR IMMEDIATE HIRE.

We are seeking a reliable general laborer for civil construction work in road construction, so previous experience in this field is needed. Responsibilities will include manual labor such as digging with hand tools like shovels and rakes, loading and unloading equipment, lifting loads to 50+ pounds, checking grades, cleaning equipment, assisting the equipment operators or truck drivers, and following the directions of the site management staff, including all safety rules and regulations. A strong work ethic and attention to detail are essential.

HOURLY RATE DEPENDS ON EXPERIENCE - $17-$21 PER HOUR. MEDICAL BENEFITS AND 401(k) CONTRIBUTIONS START AFTER 60 DAYS.

SIGN-ON BONUS AVAILABLE AFTER 90 DAYS OF EMPLOYMENT.
