We are currently looking for a RMA Student to join our busy and growing manufacturing facility. The successful candidate will be engaged in elevating the department and company to the next level. The incumbent will be forward looking and thrive in a culture of continuous improvement.

GENERAL ACCOUNTABILITY

Reporting directly to the Production Manager, the RMA Student will support and assist the RMA Coordinator on all aspects of the (RMA) Return Material Authorization process, from post-case creation through to returned good shipment. This role will include prioritizing orders to ensure SLA time commitments are met and the highest level of customer satisfaction possible.
