RMA Processing Clerk - Part time

Matrix designs, manufactures, and sells innovative technological products that help keep people safe. Originally focused on the underground coal mining industry, Matrix has expanded into new industrial markets in the United States and globally.

We are currently seeking an intern with the RMA department. This position will support the functions of the RMA department. They will work with the entire RMA department. They must have the ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel. The responsibilities will also include working on different software packages including NetSuite and Microsoft Office. This role works in a team environment at our home office in Newburgh, IN. This is not a remote position.

This position will work an average of 25 hours per week and offers no benefits.

This position reports to the Customer Success Manager.

Duties and Responsibilities

- Scanning and attaching supporting documents to RMAs

- Building finished goods boxes for products to be shipped in

- Assisting in the shipping and receiving process

- Assisting Repair Techs with non-technical duties

- Assisting Clerks in general office tasks

- Completing special projects as needed

Qualifications & Competencies

- Ability to accurately enter data into software programs

- Organized

- Basic clerical skills

- Strong customer service skills

- Ability to work alone as well as within a small team effectively

- Excellent communication skills

- High school diploma or GED

Working Conditions

Most of the work is done in a climate-controlled environment. There will be times when it is necessary to work in an environment where the climate is mostly climate-controlled.

Physical Requirements
