Seed is currently seeking an experienced and customer-focused Retail Manager to oversee daily dispensary operations. With a strong emphasis on customer service, the Retail Manager will lead and support a team of Purveyors to deliver a unique, high-quality customer experience. This role is hands-on, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, compliance with local and state regulations, and a welcoming environment for both guests and staff.

- Supervise store opening and closing procedures.
- Support inventory management and product purchasing to ensure accuracy and consistency.
- Oversee cash handling and compliance with company policies and state regulations.
- Ensure the dispensary is safe, secure, clean, and well-maintained.
- Train, coach, and support Purveyors in alignment with company standards.
- Conduct regular performance check-ins and provide feedback.
- Create and manage staff schedules based on anticipated customer traffic.
- Collaborate with leadership and marketing on in-store promotions and events.
- Promote teamwork, inclusivity, and a positive workplace culture.- 2+ years of retail management experience (cannabis preferred).
- Proven success in achieving sales and customer service goals.
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage operations in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Local applicants preferred.
- Reliable, professional, and ethical with a positive attitude.
- Must have flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Ability to lift at least 20 lbs.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform tasks that require bending, kneeling, or reaching.
This position is classified as Exempt and not eligible for overtime pay.
