Promote, work, and act in a manner consistent with the brand and “The Irving” customer experience standards
Greet customers, including answering phones, provide clients with the highest level of customer service that is uniquely Irving demonstrated through a courteous demeanor, and outstand service
Scan products, receive and process all payment transactions according to standard procedures and helping customers use processing equipment
Handle customer inquiries or complaints in line with policies and procedures
Keep track of all cash/ credit transactions, count cash intake and perform audits (daily, weekly, and monthly) ensuring cash/ credit intake equals receipts
Assist in keeping the maintenance of the store and stocking shelves as needed
