Job Summary:
PuroClean Calgary has an immediate full-time opening for a Restoration Content Manager. You will be responsible for all content elements of the property restoration project from initial customer contact through to project completion. It is the Content Manager’s responsibility to meet all internal company key performance indicators as determined by management.
Requirements:
Candidates must possess:
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience in the disaster restoration industry
•Knowledge of restoration techniques including Water Damage, Fire Damage, Asbestos Abatement, Ultrasonic cleaning, Content Packing & Handling Techniques.
•Demonstrated experience with Xactimate and/or restoration estimating software
•IICRC certifications: WRT, FSRT, CPT (or equivalent)
•Experience using ultrasonic cleaning system.
•Working knowledge of the insurance industry
•Valid AB Driver’s license and ability to be insurable

Job Responsibilities:
•Attend property disaster emergencies as required to establish customer contact and establish a scope of work.
•Manage projects from inception to completion.
•Collaborate with Project Managers regarding content processing on their files.
•List, clean, pack, move, and unpack customer contents.
•Coordinate specialty subtrades as needed, in a timely manner.
•Prepare timely, fair and accurate estimates using Xactimate software.
•Build & foster relationships and communicate with customers, property managers, adjusters, brokers, vendors, subcontractors and other stakeholders in a timely and effective manner.
•Oversee and monitor content job progress from start to finish, while managing timelines, subcontractors as well as customer expectations to ensure timely and budget conscious completion of projects.
•Prepare files for invoicing in an accurate and timely fashion.
•Maintain accurate records including Time and Materials on a per job / daily basis.
•Ensure customer service and satisfaction on all projects.
•Maintain accurate job management software requirements including entry of key dates, job progress notes, E-mail communications and estimate uploads.
•Comply with established organizational workflow procedures daily.
•Ensure workplace safety standards are established on all work sites.
•Inspect job progress and work quality throughout the project.
