Compensation: Salary plus incentives, health, dental and vision insurance, 401K, paid time off and holiday pay

Salary: $40,000+ Commensurate with experience

- Prior Construction Experience (preferred)

- Use of Outlook, MS Office Word and Excel (preferred)

- Outstanding organizational skills

- Ability to interpret and build according to drawings, specifications and other documents (preferred)

- Excellent customer service, interpersonal skills and communication

- Problem Solving

- Ability to self-direct when needed

- Bilingual in Spanish is preferred

Hurricane Fence Co is looking for a Residential Superintendent to work in and around the Richmond, VA area. Applicants must be able to work 40 plus hours a week (based on need) and have a flexible afternoon and weekend availability. Hurricane Fence is willing to train any applicants that do not have prior construction or fence experience.

- Work with crew foremen to keep crew on task in order to reach deadlines for project.

- Monitor and ensure on-site safety compliance, cleanliness and orderliness.

- Act as onsite Safety Coordinator.

- Frequently measure fence line to ensure accurate reporting.

- Represent Hurricane Fence Co in a professional and courteous manner.

- Maintain positive relationship with customer

- Willing to travel to and between multiple residential sites

- Effectively supervise 2-3 separate crews between one or multiple residential project sites

- Layout jobs and set up string lines for crews

- Answer any questions the customers have regarding their new fence

- Pick up and deliver material to jobsites as needed

- Watch for unsafe behavior from the crews when inspecting projects

- Attend meetings with homeowners as needed

- Pass Drug Testing

-Valid Driver's License with a good driving record
