Job Description:
We are hiring a Solar Consultant to spearhead sales efforts in Helena and the surrounding areas. This is a commission-based role best suited for someone with proven solar sales experience and a strong entrepreneurial mindset. You’ll serve as the face of Carbon Recall in the Helena market, responsible for identifying new opportunities, meeting with homeowners and businesses, and closing deals with minimal oversight.
This role covers a wide geographic region, including travel between Helena, Great Falls, Butte, and surrounding towns.
- Proactively identify and engage potential residential customers.
- Educate customers on the benefits of solar energy and the financial incentives available.
- Conduct site evaluations and work with our design team to determine system feasibility.
- Present proposals and close contracts in person or virtually.
- Hit and exceed monthly sales targets.
- Maintain accurate records using CRM tools and coordinate internally with design, permitting, and installation teams.
- Represent Carbon Recall with professionalism and a customer-first attitude.
- Solar sales experience required (minimum 1 year).
- Proven track record of closing deals and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated and capable of working independently without daily oversight.
- Comfortable with traveling regionally and working flexible hours.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and general tech proficiency.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Aggressive commission structure with uncapped earning potential.
