So what does this position entail? We are looking for guys and gals that are not afraid of sales, who enjoy talking to people, and who we can rely on to run appointments daily. You must have a strong desire to take care of YOUR customers throughout the entire project.

Also, you can depend on us to provide adequate training to you before you head out on your first appointment – and we will train you in the JPA way, which has been proven to produce excellent results.

* WE ALSO HAVE LEADS, AND THEY ARE PROVIDED TO OUR CLOSERS!!

*Job Responsibilities:

* You and the rest of the sales team will go out with our canvassing team daily to run hot leads. Some door knocking is possible. Your job will consist of inspecting roofs, looking for storm damage, helping homeowners file insurance claims, attending insurance adjuster meetings, and assisting homeowners in the process of getting the work done on their home. You will also attend weekly sales and training meetings. We are looking for people who thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment.

This is a Sales Position!

JUMP THE ROOF... CLOSE IT, ...*DO THE ADJUSTER MEETING.... CLOSE THE CONTRACT AFTER ITS APPROVED..... AND GO TO THE NEXT ONE!!

Compensation: Base Weekly Salary $1000.00

* $$ up front for every PCA signed * Commission and Daily and weekly Bonuses! * Company Trucks will be provided- with Gas being paid. * Get your commission up front so you don’t have to wait until the job is done to earn what you worked for!!
