Residential Painter

The company is in need of a full-time Painter to join the staff. You will be responsible for rehabbing and painting various types of residential dwellings. Most of our work focuses on interiors of units after tenants move out and before new tenants move in. However, we are occasionally in need of exterior painting work, which requires working safely at heights, and various other painting jobs. We're looking for experienced Painters who understand the industry best practices and apply them to every aspect of their work. In some cases, tenant build-outs are involved with the job. Must have experience in residential painting and reliable transportation.

Pay: $17.00 - $21.00 per hour
