Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced Residential Land Acquisition Manager to join our dynamic team. This individual will be responsible for identifying, evaluating, and securing residential building lots for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of real estate markets, zoning regulations, and land development processes.

Key Responsibilities

Conduct market research to identify potential land acquisition opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with landowners, realtors, and municipal contacts.

Evaluate site feasibility, zoning, and development potential.

Negotiate land purchase agreements and manage the acquisition process.

Collaborate with internal teams to align land acquisitions with client needs and company goals.

Oversee due diligence and entitlement processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Excellent negotiation and interpersonal communication skills.

In-depth knowledge of real estate principles, zoning laws, and market analysis.

Familiarity with due diligence procedures and land entitlement processes.

Ability to manage multiple projects independently and efficiently.

Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Urban Planning, Business, or a related field — or equivalent professional experience.
