Residential Construction Project Lead – 1099 Contractor Location: Dryden, NY and surrounding areas Schedule: Full-Time | Independent Contractor (No Benefits) Pay: $35–$55/hour depending on experience

We are a small, fast-growing contracting company that builds new homes and rental properties. We’re looking for an experienced, self-directed Construction Project Lead (1099) to oversee a 4-person crew and manage all day-to-day construction operations.

This is a hands-on leadership role—perfect for a seasoned General Contractor or Site Foreman with deep experience in all aspects of residential construction.
