Residential Construction Laborer

Local family owned Commercial/Residential Construction Company looking to expand our Residential team. Position requires a variety of skills including: (but not limited to) siding, deck building, tile work, drywall, framing, interior and exterior remodeling, and new construction.

Applicants must:

-have construction experience to include the knowledge of operating basic hand tools and reading a tape measure

-possess A VALID driver's license with means of reliable transportation and a good driving record

-be a motivated team player with the flexibility to work in a variety of environments safely

-be able to follow direction, have a willingness to learn new skills, and be able to operate in a safe/healthy working manner

-be able to lift over 50 pounds

-be able to pass a DOT physical, Drug test, and Background Check.

OSHA10, OSHA30, Forklift/MEWP certifications are a plus, but not required.

Starting pay will be commensurate with experience.
