Job Type: Full-Time (Monday – Friday)
Location: Charleston, SC
Pay: $17 – $19 per hour | 40–50 hours per week

We are a trusted and growing cleaning and restoration company serving the Charleston area, providing expert floor care services to both residential and commercial clients. We are looking for a dependable and proactive Floor Cleaning Coordinator to manage scheduling, communication, and client engagement for our floor cleaning division.
Position Summary:
In this full-time role, you will coordinate cleaning schedules, communicate with both clients and technicians, and prospect past and future cleaning opportunities to keep our calendar full. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
Key Responsibilities:
•Schedule and coordinate residential and commercial floor cleaning jobs
•Act as the main point of contact for clients and cleaning crews
•Ensure crews are dispatched and prepared with all job details
•Follow up with past clients to schedule future services
•Identify and reach out to potential new customers (residential and commercial)
•Maintain accurate records of schedules, customer communication, and service notes
•Resolve scheduling conflicts or customer issues as they arise
•Answer multiple phone lines
Prospecting Duties:
•Maintain a follow-up schedule for past cleaning clients
•Conduct light outreach (calls/emails) to encourage repeat or seasonal bookings
•Support lead generation efforts for commercial accounts
•Assist in coordinating promotional campaigns or referral programs
Qualifications:
•Experience in scheduling, dispatch, coordination, or customer service preferred
•Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel is mandatory
•Excellent phone, email, and organizational skills
•Ability to multitask and manage shifting priorities
•Industry knowledge is a plus, but not required—we will train the right person
•Must be based in or around the Charleston area
Schedule:
•Full-Time | Monday to Friday
•40 to 50 hours per week (occasional flexibility required)
