Residential Cleaner - Team Lead Position

Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM (Must work all holidays except Thanksgiving and Christmas)

Position Overview:

The Team Leader will be responsible for managing teams at client homes, maintaining staffing ratios, handling scheduling needs, addressing client and employee concerns, and assisting in the hiring and training process. This role requires strong leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
