Residential and Commercial Solar Installers

Overview We are currently seeking Residential and Commercial Solar Installers*

We are currently seeking experienced or non experienced Solar Installers to join our team. The ideal candidates will have a background in the renewable energy industry, with a focus on solar panel installation.

Responsibilities:

- Install solar panel systems and related equipment on rooftops and ground mount systems for residential and commercial clients

- Utilize power tools and hand tools to complete installations efficiently and safely.

- Conduct site visits

- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with existing solar installations

- Collaborate with team members to complete projects on time while maintaining high-quality workmanship.

- Ensure all work is performed in a safe and timely manner according to all safety protocols and regulations during installation processes

Requirements:

- preferred experience in solar panel installation

- Ability to lift and carry heavy equipment (up to 50 lbs)

- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

- Strong communication and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications but not required:

- NABCEP certification or equivalent

- Experience with solar panel system design and engineering

- Familiarity with local building codes and regulations
