Reporting to the Utility & Construction General Foreman, you will have the opportunity to supervise the maintenance of buildings and certain equipment, in addition to ensuring the operation of water treatment plants. Your main duties will be:
Promote initiatives aimed at optimizing maintenance processes, increasing equipment reliability, and reducing costs.
Supervise a team composed of building mechanics and water treatment technicians, plumbers, and carpenters.
Ensure that human and material resources are in place to carry out the work in accordance with the established schedule, deadlines, budgets, and Raglan Mine standards.
Promote initiatives aimed at optimizing maintenance processes, increasing equipment reliability, and reducing costs.
Carry out preventive activities such as safety meetings, scheduled inspections, compliance audits, risk analyses, etc.
and enforce the company's health, safety, and environmental values.
Hold a college diploma in building mechanics or a related field.
Be able to plan and organize work, set challenging goals, and motivate a multidisciplinary team.
Working knowledge of both French and English is required
