How You Contribute To Our World
Reporting to the General Foreman - Surface Services, you will be responsible for coordinating and planning various projects related to this sector. Your main duties will be :
•Carry out weekly operational planning of services for the supervisory team, considering changing weather conditions.
•Ensure compliance with all health and safety and environmental policies, procedures and regulations.
•Coordinate all sector-related projects in partnership with supervisors.
•Manage schedules using the existing system.
•Participate in meetings with various collaborators from other sectors such as maintenance, mining operations and the tailings management team.
•Support the supervisory team in carrying out road inspections.
•Perform first-level supervisory replacement.
•Support the training team in developing a weekly training schedule.
Profile Required
•College diploma or bachelor's degree in civil engineering, combined with experience in mine site or construction site supervision.
•Valid class 5 driver's license.
•Have a working knowledge of English.
•Knowledge of heavy equipment operation (asset).
