Remodeler

Duties:

- Perform various remodeling tasks including carpentry, tile laying, fabricating, trim carpentry, painting, decks, drywall installation, glass installation, hardscape construction, caulking, and roof repair.

- Follow schematics and blueprints to ensure accurate and precise work.

- Collaborate with team members and contractors to complete projects on time and within budget.

- Maintain a clean and organized work area.

- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.

Experience:

- Proven experience as a remodeler or similar role.

- Proficiency in carpentry, tile laying, trim carpentry, drywall installation, glass installation, hardscape construction, caulking, and roof repair.

- Familiarity with reading schematics and blueprints.

- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements.

- Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects as needed.
