The Reliability Lead will be responsible for implementation and continuous improvement of refinery maintenance and reliability initiatives for fixed and rotating equipment to ensure safe, stable, and reliable operation of the refinery. The Reliability Lead will work with corporate MI/Reliability OPEX to develop the reliability program elements and KPIs. This position will be located in Great Falls, MT and report directly to the Maintenance Manager.
