Under general supervision, maintain a controlled copy of the License Application and other license basis documents and administers configuration management process for plant changes. Additionally, under general supervision assists with the management of corrective actions to maintain compliance with the licensing basis, procedures, and processes.
- Assists Regulatory Engineers in the development and coordination of changes to Licensing Basis documents.
- Assists the Corrective Action Manager in the tracking and trending of corrective actions within the web-based corrective actions tracking system.
- Prepares documentation for Application Change and License Amendment Request packages.
- Interfaces, as required, with American Centrifuge project personnel and/or contractors to support licensing and compliance activities.
- Assists project personnel in implementing License Application requirements and the use of the web-based corrective actions tracking system.
- Tracks regulatory-related issues, actions, and subtasks utilizing the web-based corrective actions tracking system.
- Stores and retrieves “docketed” regulatory correspondence utilizing the electronic data management system.
- Maintains various regulatory tracking databases.
- Performs well defined regulatory duties to provide development and familiarization with the regulatory procedures, practices, standards, and processes. A successful candidate will be expected to complete tasks of increasing complexity as experience is gained.
- Gathers and tabulates information relative to regulatory concerns, questions, or initiatives.
- Input, track, and complete regulatory commitments into a corrective action tracking system and perform searches in an electronic document control system and a corrective action tracking system.
- Assistance with the recordkeeping needs for Regulatory.
- Other duties and tasks as assigned by management.

- Must possess or be able to obtain and maintain a DOE “Q” level security clearance.
- Associate’s degree in a technical or administrative field or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires proficient computer skills, such as but not limited to, Word, Excel, Access, PowerPoint, Adobe to process records and generate reports, charts, spreadsheets, and presentations.
- Working knowledge of project scheduling applications.
