We are committed to transparency and equity in all our people’s practices. The base hourly rate for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is $80-$90.
Scope of work involves managing and administering regulatory filings such as the Minnesota gas rider and the Colorado gas infrastructure plan. Responsibilities include facilitating governance meetings, gathering monthly changes, coordinating deliverables across finance, engineering, and regulatory teams, and ensuring filings are completed accurately and on time
- Responsible for the coordination and completion of projects, projects that are small to moderate in scope, risk, and/or organizational span, including subprojects of larger, more complex projects. Projects in this role involve the coordination, support, and guidance to complete Gas Operations portions of Regulatory filings.
- Manages multiple projects and orchestrates the results to achieve a broad program goal. Programs include administration, tracking, and coordination of annual Rider and Capital Regulatory filings.
- Plans and implements schedules and monitors program from inception through delivery ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Defines and reports program status, development issues and success metrics.
- Identifies and monitors areas of risk. Communicate via weekly reports on progress and risks of filings.
- Continuously seeks opportunities to improve cost, performance and schedule.
- Manages programs to budgets and compares them to externally communicated parties to identify potential recovery risk.
- Manages stakeholder engagement and satisfaction.
- Maintains awareness of trends, business and regulatory conditions, internal processes and practices impacting component projects or overall program.
- Ideally 5–10 years of experience, with at least 4–5 regulatory filings managed (each typically lasting 18 months).
- Background in program or project management within regulatory or utility environments strongly preferred
- Microsoft Office, especially Excel
- SharePoint (heavy usage)
- Program/project management software experience (any type)
- Strong communication and coordination skills
- Regulatory filing and testimony writing experience
