Position Overview:

We are currently seeking a Regional Controller to join our team in Heber, UT. The Regional Controller is responsible for overseeing financial operations across multiple reporting regions, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting regional leadership in achieving profitability targets. This role requires strong financial acumen in construction-specific processes including billing, change orders, and work-in-progress (WIP) management. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, collaborative approach to financial oversight, supports operational decision-making, and ensures accurate reporting through the use of systems like JD Edwards (JDE) and Ecosys. Must be willing to commute to Heber, UT

What You'll Do:

Key Responsibilities:Financial Management and Reporting* Lead regional financial reporting to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment with US GAAP and company policies.

Project and Operational Support* Collaborate with regional teams to set up job cost structures, track project performance, and manage change orders.

Systems and Process Optimization* Utilize JD Edwards (JDE) and Ecosys to maintain data integrity, streamline workflows, and generate reports.

Cross-Functional Collaboration* Serve as the financial liaison between corporate, regional leadership, and project management teams.

What You'll Bring: Required Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or MBA preferred.
