Refractory Technical Service Representative

JW Hicks, Inc. is an American manufacturing/design company located in Northern Indiana specializing in high technology ceramic products for the metals industry. Currently we are looking to add a Technical Service Representative to our team. This person will serve as primary contact for customers regarding products and services supplied by JW Hicks. The ideal candidate is someone with a strong mechanical aptitude, the ability to troubleshoot technical problems, the ability to communicate with various customers in either technical or layman's terms and has a heart for "Doing it Right."
