Job Description:

Project Manager for an International Refinery

With deep expertise in refinery plants to lead the full lifecycle of a 60kbd grassroots refinery project from concept and design through to a safe, reliable startup. The role requires strong technical knowledge of refinery process units (CDU, ISOM, CCR, DHT) combined with hands-on experience in construction and civil execution. As the single point of accountability for the Owner, the Project Manager will drive delivery across safety, cost, schedule, quality, and operability, ensuring the project is executed to world-class standards.

Applicants must have:

- Lead FEED, EPC, commissioning & startup phases.

- Drive technical integrity, constructability, and operability.

- Oversee design, integration & commissioning of CDU, ISOM, CCR, DHT units.

- Manage EPC contractors, licensors & multi-disciplinary teams.

- Direct civil works, site prep & large-scale construction execution.

Qualified candidates should have:

- Engineering degree (Chemical, Mechanical, Civil preferred).

- 20+ years in refining/oil & gas with large-scale EPC projects.

- Proficiency in the English language.

- Strong technical expertise in CDU, ISOM, CCR, DHT.

- Hands-on experience in construction & civil works.

- Proven track record from FEED through commissioning & startup.

- Strong leadership, contract management & stakeholder engagement skills.
