As a trusted partner in the hiring process, you’ll help attract top talent and ensure candidates have a seamless and positive experience from first interaction to day one.
Play an integral part in a new hires journey by:
•Optimizing hiring strategies, and improving overall recruitment efficiencies by building, analyzing, and leveraging recruitment metrics and reporting tools to support data-driven decision-making
•Taking initiative on projects and working independently while delivering high-quality results
•Collaborating with managers to understand needs and guiding the recruiting process in assigned areas
•Supporting managers in developing job postings that capture the attention of top talent
•Attending career fairs and community events to connect with potential talent
•Being part of a collaborative, positive, and adaptable team working together to identify process improvements and streamline recruitment workflows for greater efficiency
•Building strong partnerships with internal teams to guide candidates through every stage of the hiring process, including job advertising, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and extending offers
Qualifications
Physical Requirements:
Sedentary work exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently to lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time, but may involve bending, stooping, reaching, walking, or standing for brief periods of time.
Minimum Requirements:
•Bachelor’s degree in HR, Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field from an accredited four-year college or university
•3+ years of experience in HR, business, recruiting, or a related professional role
•Excellent written and verbal communication
•Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills with the ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities
•Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret HR data and generate reports to inform decision-making
Preferred Requirements:
•Ability to understand technical aspects of various positions and industries in order to better evaluate successful candidates
•Experience with sourcing candidates across various platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and talent networks) to build a strong talent pipeline
