Role Overview

The Recruiter is responsible for full–cycle recruitment ensuring Trail hires the best candidate for the right position and serving as a trusted talent acquisition partner to the site by gaining a strong understanding of the operations and their needs.

To be successful in this role, we are looking for a detailed-oriented and motivated individual with outstanding interpersonal and communication skills able to prioritize work and stay organized through competing demands in a fast-paced environment. The ability to work with integrity and professionally manage confidential material is crucial.

Key Responsibilities

+ Write and review job postings + Review resumes and screen candidates for hiring managers + Prepare hiring managers for interviews by providing guidance, coaching and creating interview forms + Facilitate interviews and selection process + Provide guidance on hiring decisions + Complete all necessary pre-employment requirements + Prepare new hire or transfer contracts and paperwork

Qualifications

Pay Range: CAD $74,000 - $92,000 per year

The actual amount offered is determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, and competencies and considers internal equity.
