We are searching for a talented Recruiter ll on behalf of our client. This is a 1 yr. contract assignment. (W-2) This person will support the potential return of a Nuclear plant to operation by late 2028. This assignment will be based at the Juno Beach Headquarters in an onsite position. This role is responsible for managing high-volume recruitment efforts and proactively reaching out to potential candidates to attract top talent. The ideal candidate will bring strong recruiting experience, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Key responsibilities
include conducting outbound calls, performing initial candidate screenings, collaborating with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, and implementing effective recruitment strategies. The role also involves tracking and analyzing recruitment metrics to drive continuous improvement. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools are essential for success in this position.
- We are committed to transparency and equity in all of our people practices. The base salary range for this position, which is dependent upon experience, qualifications and skills, is estimated to be $85,280 to $95,680 annually.

Individuals in this role are responsible for full life-cycle recruitment from requisition creation to onboarding. Individuals play a pivotal role in the talent acquisition department by helping drive candidate demand, hiring talent, managing the candidate experience and building relationships with business stakeholders. This position works closely with hiring managers to understand their needs in order to identify the right talent and ensure goals are met.
- Develops and executes sourcing strategy while identifying top talent, independently and creatively source talent
- Develops pipeline of both active and passive candidates in niche areas as determined by market needs and business strategies
- Conducts phone screens, manages interview process, and coordinates interview debriefs while providing a consultative value
- Executes offer process from negotiation to onboarding
- Focuses on candidate experience while being highly responsive to both candidates and hiring managers
- Develops expert-level knowledge of the applicant tracking system
- Learns our company, our businesses, our complexity, and our products to be able to explain and provide a business case for candidates wanting to work for us
- Leads and participates in cross functional projects as it relates to talent, recruiting, sourcing, and landing top talent to the organization
- Engages in continuous development as it relates to the Office of Federal Contract Compliance (OFCCP), Affirmative Action Plans (AAP), general compliance, military hiring, and other diversity initiatives
- Bachelor's degree in human resources, related field of study, or equivalent work experience 2. 2+ years of experience in exempt and non-exempt staffing
- Ability to work with multi-functional areas.

- Ability to gain the confidence of all levels of management through high standards of performance.
- Excellent knowledge of HR operations and administrations.
- Excellent planning, time management, communication, decision-making, organization, and interpersonal skills.
- Completion of SPHR (Senior Professional Human Resources) or PHR (Professional Human Resources) certification.
