Recruiter/HR Generalist

POSITION SUMMARY

The Recruiter/HR Generalist plays a vital role in supporting the recruitment and hiring processes within the organization. This position is responsible for recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for various open positions, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience through the implementation of new hire orientation, and facilitating benefits enrollment.

OBJECTIVES

- Recruiting, interviewing, and hiring qualified candidates for open positions

- Responsible for managing new hire orientation, onboarding, and offboarding

- Reviewing, tracking, and documenting compliance with training, continuing education, and work assessments

- Facilitating benefit enrollment

- Implementing HR policies and procedures; ensuring compliance with local and national regulations

- Creating and distributing internal communications

- Handling complaints and disciplinary procedures as directed

- Other HR-related duties as assigned

COMPETENCIES

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Ability to identify qualified candidates for open positions

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail

- Time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

- 1+ years of recruiting experience

- Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
