JOB SUMMARY
ONEOK is seeking an experienced recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in recruiting for IT positions, including infrastructure, application development, Big Data, and Machine Learning (ML), as well as supporting other shared services departments. This role involves partnering with hiring managers, sourcing top talent, and managing the full recruitment lifecycle.
Strong communication skills, a commitment to excellence, and a high sense of urgency are essential. Experience in using Workday as an applicant tracking system (ATS) is a plus. Experience in recruiting for shared service groups and knowledge of employment laws are preferred. A minimum of two years of experience is preferred. Compensation is commensurate with experience.

Essential Functions and Responsibilities* Facilitate and implement all phases of the recruitment processes including: candidate screens and selecting qualified candidates.Work Experience* This role is typically attained with a minimum of 1-2 years experience managing all phases of the recruitment and hiring processes preferred.
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities* Knowledge of: laws, regulations, and best practices applicable to hiring and recruitment.
Licenses and Certifications* Diversity and Inclusion Recruiter Certification preferred.
