We are a growing Home Energy Auditing and Efficiency company committed to helping homeowners reduce energy costs and improve home comfort. We are seeking a reliable and motivated individual to join our office team as a full-time Receptionist and Scheduler.
Key Responsibilities:
•Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and friendly manner
•Perform customer intakes and collect necessary information
•Schedule appointments and coordinate technician calendars
•Communicate clearly with customers via email and phone
•Use Microsoft Office, Google Sheets, and Google Calendar for scheduling and documentation
•Maintain organized and accurate records of customer interactions and appointments
•Work collaboratively with office staff and field technicians
•Learn and adapt to new scheduling and CRM software as needed
Qualifications:
•Strong verbal and written communication skills
•Proficient computer literacy
•Experience using Microsoft Office Suite and Google Workspace (Sheets & Calendar)
•Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
•Ability to understand geographic areas for efficient scheduling
•Experience with Salesforce or the Energize CT program is a plus
•Excellent customer service skills and a team-oriented attitude
•Dependable, punctual, and self-motivated
