We are currently seeking a friendly, organized, and reliable Temporary Part-Time Receptionist/Administrative Assistant to join our team for a period of approximately five months. This role is to provide coverage while our regular receptionist/administrative assistant is on leave.
The Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant serves as the first point of contact for clients and vendors, providing exceptional customer service via phone to all that call the main office. The Temporary Receptionist/Administrative Assistant also provides administrative support to the Purchasing, Inspection, Construction Managers, and performs general office duties as required.
· Answer phones, take information, and direct callers to appropriate departments
· Transfer messages from the call center to designated personnel
· Create electronic and physical new customer folders as new contracts are signed
· Scan safety plans and site maps into Salesforce and Company drive
· Create permit packets and feedback cards for Inspections department
· Provide final statements to customers as directed by Accounts Receivable Manager
· Order office supplies, snacks, and Starbucks gift cards for Inspections department
· Stock and organize t-shirts, food, and drink supplies as needed
· Filing and other miscellaneous duties as needed
· Three or more years providing direct client customer service
