Rebuild Lead Technician Job Description:
We are seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Skilled Laborer to join and oversee
our team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on expertise in construction and
renovation tasks, including carpentry, demolition, drywall, plumbing, flooring, painting,
and general labor. In addition to technical proficiency, this role requires strong
leadership abilities to coordinate projects, manage a team, and ensure high-quality
results.
Leadership and Team Management:
o Supervise and mentor teams to ensure efficiency and high-quality results.
o Delegate tasks, set daily goals, and monitor project progress.
o Foster a positive, productive, and safe work environment.
o Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and supervisors.
o Train team members on tools, equipment, and best practices.
o Handle crisis management and address underperformance within the
team.
Carpentry:
o Perform and oversee rough and finish carpentry tasks, such as framing,
trim work, and cabinetry.
o Ensure accurate measurements, cutting, and assembly of materials.
o Comply with building codes and advise management on required actions.
Demolition:
o Lead demolition efforts while ensuring safety and environmental
compliance.

Drywall and Painting:
