Brayman Precast in Saxonburg, PA, is looking for a full-time, Rebar Fabrication Laborer with a strong work ethic who enjoy hands-on work. The Rebar Laborer will work in our reinforcing bar operation.

Typical Schedule: 8 hour shift, days (6:00 am - 2:30 pm), Monday through Friday. Overtime may be required at times in order to meet project needs.

About The Rebar Fabrication Laborer

As a Rebar Laborer, you will work primarily on pre-tie responsibilities. You will work with a team who preassembles cages, piers, drilled shafts, caissons and matts to ensure rugged durability during the shipping process. Each unit is made to be picked off the truck and lowered directly into place without additional field work.

Your job will involve rebar fabrication, tying rebar and handling a variety of material. In order to accomplish your job tasks, you will operate hand and power tools, and other equipment as need. You will work to maintain a clean, and safe work environment for you and your colleagues. Your desire for variety will be satisfied as you assist your team with general labor duties and perform a variety of tasks needed to accomplish company goals.

What We Need From You

We are looking for someone with a positive attitude to work with our team in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. You will need to have at least one year of relevant experience.

This is a Safety Sensitive Position requiring work in a heavy manufacturing facility with various safety hazards which are potentially life-threatening to the employee and Team Members without proper safety precautions. This position may require working at heights, in confined spaces, around heavy equipment, and under constantly changing circumstances. This position may also entail project site work at night and on weekends on an as needed basis. Team Members will be subject to more stringent drug testing and compliance policies due to these safety risks.
