Our client, a respected player in the real estate investment and management space, is looking for a motivated and detail-driven Real Estate Accountant to join their growing team. This role offers a strong foundation for financial professionals looking to deepen their expertise in real estate accounting while contributing to operational success across a portfolio of properties.

In this role, you'll compile and analyze financial statements, support budgeting and forecasting efforts, and collaborate with operations to manage business plans, cash flows, and financial models. You’ll also play a hands-on role in lease analysis and capital reserve tracking—making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys both the technical and strategic sides of accounting.
