Position: Ram Extrusion Operator

Location: Dallas, NC

Schedule: Rotating, 12hrs, 6am-6pm/6pm-6am

Hourly Pay: Starting at $18.00

Job Description:

The Ram Extrusion Operator is responsible for safely and efficiently setting up, operating, and maintaining extrusion equipment to produce quality products that meet company standards. This position requires a strong understanding of machine operation, attention to detail, and the ability to follow production specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

- Understand all aspects and operating parameters of the ram extrusion machine

- Perform machine set-ups and changeovers for various production runs

- Prepare and install dies, spreader blocks, and other necessary components

- Mix and prepare resins according to production requirements

- Safely start up and shut down machinery and related equipment

- Clean hoppers, dies, ovens, saws, and other extrusion equipment as needed

- Accurately complete production and quality reporting paperwork

- Follow all safety rules, regulations, and procedures at all times

- Inspect, measure, and label finished products to ensure they meet specifications

- Consistently produce finished products that meet quality and dimensional standards

Job Types: Full-time, Temp-to-hire

Pay: From $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week
