Our Belding Location is seeking to DIRECT HIRE 1 new Racker/Packer for our 2nd Shift.

Who are you?

- You enjoy a variety of physical duties involving tool use, lifting, carrying and managing materials weighing up to 40 lbs.

WE PAY WEEKLY!

We offer a base pay of $15.50 per hour to start+ $3.00 for 2nd Shift Premium, + a weekly piece rate bonus (average $1.50 - $3.00 additional / hour) and Quarterly Discretionary Bonuses based on Profit Sharing.

We offer 2 weeks of paid time off after 60 days, paid holidays, medical, dental, vision, 401(k) plan, and company paid life insurance.
