We are seeking a dedicated R&D Technician to operate and master advanced FSAM (Friction Stir Additive Manufacturing) equipment. This role is ideal for a hands-on individual with strong mechanical aptitude and a keen willingness to understand how processes, systems, and events interact to impact outcomes. Working in a team-driven environment, you'll focus on equipment operation, thermal process understanding, and identifying chain-of-event impacts to ensure smooth operations and machine uptime. If you’re ready to learn, grow, and contribute to cutting-edge manufacturing processes, we want you on our team! To start the position is a Monday-Friday position between hours of 8a-5p. The ideal candidate should be flexible to adjust their start or end times based on the business needs.
