Quality Documentation Specialist

The Quality Documentation Specialist will be responsible for the creation of the customer’s sales order MTR data package. This involves collecting the required documents from our file storage system and combining into one MTR data package. They will also be required to email the data package to required customer's. When needed, they will assist in reviewing and approving MTR/test reports. The focus of the Quality Documentation Specialist will be the creation of the customer's sales order MTR data package, but will perform other duties as requested by the Quality Manager. (17-22 hr) Depends on experience.

· Familiar with mill test reports and material test reports for steel in the Oil and Gas Industry. Familiar with heat and lot numbers. OD/ID.

· Ability to read customer specifications and Industry specifications.

· Document review experience.

· Ability to review and approve MTRs packets for shipments.

· Great organizational skills

· Microsoft office, Excel , Word

· Able to perform other duties as requested by Manager.
