Quality Associate

- Participate in ASAKAI meetings.

- Realize the incoming quality controls physically according to the instructions and give the approval from SAP for each inbound delivery. Recording included.

- Realize post audits. Record on QMAD.

- Be a part of the 8D problem solving team.

- Check and update the ASAKAI boards related with quality, 6S and KAIZEN.

- Daily report to quality management lead - Manage the quarantine area.

- Authorization to stop the production and delivery in case necessary.

- Realize the stock control if necessary or arrange the 3rd company for sorting actions.

- Realize the part trials, root cause analysis with the customer, if necessary at the customer location.

- including getting the parts from the customer or taking back OK parts.

- Prepare work instructions, update if necessary.

- Prepare the visual alert forms.

- Give training after a claim if needed.

- Follow up the calibration dates on the measuring equipment.

- Participate in MSA when directed by quality management lead. - Prepare and follow up the actuality of the poka yoke, master samples.

- Other responsibilities within the scope of the position may be required from time to time.
