−Conducting regular parts and inventory counts and reconciling discrepancies.
−Monitoring stock levels and ordering supplies as needed.
−Maintaining parts and inventory records and assisting in the development of the inventory software system.
−Managing and overseeing the light duty fleet, including scheduling maintenance and repairs.
−Tracking and managing parts inventory and ensuring availability.
−Tracking and documenting job costs associated with parts and supplies, ensuring accurate financial reporting and budget management for each project.
−Collaborating with other departments to ensure smooth operations.
−Ensuring compliance with inventory management procedures and company policies.
−Implementing and maintaining safety programs, policies, and procedures, including conducting risk assessments, reporting accidents, and providing safety training.
−Tracking employee safety training and certifications, ensuring compliance and timely renewals.
−Monitoring DOT Personnel and Vehicle requirements such as ELD logs, vehicle permits, inspections, maintenance, etc.
−Must be willing to travel as needed to maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records across various locations.
−Analyzing parts and inventory trends and preparing reports for management.
−Addressing any issues or discrepancies promptly and accurately.
−Interacting with ASOG Team Members, other on-site service providers, and customers in a professional and friendly manner, addressing their inquiries and concerns while delivering a high level of customer satisfaction.
−Demonstrating a strong commitment to safety by always adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
−Being willing and flexible to travel to various locations as required by the job.
−Performing other duties as directed by the Sr. Operations Manager.
−High school diploma or equivalent; relevant technical certifications or coursework is a plus.
−Able to work under stressful conditions at times.
−Must be able and willing to work long hours and weekly schedules that may not be uniform; anticipated Monday through Friday schedule, but willing to be flexible based on project schedules.
−Knowledge of frac fleet equipment and operations preferred.
−The ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers to secure favorable terms and conditions.
−A solid understanding of procurement practices and procedures.
−May be required to walk for long distances, reach with hands and arms, stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl, climb or balance to reach high places.
−Willingness to travel and work in different environments.
−Proficient with software programs including Word, Excel, Teams, and able to effectively communicate via Teams and email.
−Must possess good hearing and vision as needed for work and safety compliance; noise level could be moderate to very loud at times.
−Extensive travel to and from projects and various field assignments is required.
−Dependable, reliable, and capable of fulfilling responsibilities as assigned.
