Prove Up Inspector

Job Purpose

A Prove up Inspector is responsible for performing the NDT inspection method (UT) in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures. This position is responsible for ensuring that all materials inspected meet the quality standards set by SeAH Steel USA, LLC. This position will require working within the organization’s goals and team structure and contribution to the Overall Safety Program.

Duties & Responsibilities

Qualifications / Competencies

•

Education:

o High school diploma or equivalent preferred but not required.

•

Years of Experience:

o 1 year of experience within the OCTG pipe inspection industry.

•

Job Knowledge:

o Level II certificate on UT.

o Knowledge and experience within the OCTG pipe inspection industry.

o Successful completion of pre-screen drug test and physical.

o Familiar with requirements of ASNT SNT TC-1A.

o Understands all applicable location safety rules and regulations and makes sure that all are being followed.
