Proposal Manager (Environmental & Construction Focus) 🏗️
Are you passionate about environmental remediation and construction? Do you have a knack for managing complex proposals? We’re looking for an experienced Proposal Manager to help drive business growth and contribute to impactful projects in remediation, construction, and demolition industry.
This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in crafting winning proposals for commercial and government opportunities. If you have a proven track record in managing RFPs, RFQs, and proposals from inception to award, we want to hear from you!
🌟 Key Responsibilities:
•
Lead the proposal process from capture to award, ensuring adherence to timelines and strategy.
•
Manage, write, and coordinate proposal content, including technical, financial, and compliance sections.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business development, operations, and executive management.
•
Conduct detailed RFP/Q analysis, develop outlines, compliance matrices, and ensure high-quality proposal submissions.
•
Develop win strategies, including competitor analysis, client hot buttons, and key differentiators.
•
Mentor junior proposal staff and ensure the accuracy of proposal materials, resumes, and project profiles.
•
Oversee post-submission debriefs and maintain proposal libraries for future efforts.
🛠️ Ideal Qualifications:
•
Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Business, Communication, Journalism, English, or related field.
•
5-7 years of experience in proposal development, writing, and management.
•
Expertise in managing complex proposals in the remediation, construction, or demolition industries.
•
Strong writing, editing, and interviewing skills to produce compelling proposal content.
•
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe Creative Suite, and proposal management software.
•
Familiarity with Salesforce and experience with federal government proposals is a plus.
•
Proven leadership and mentoring capabilities, with the ability to manage and guide proposal teams.
